Eugenia Almeida from A New Hue opened her studio in Knoxville, TN in 2014. About 17 years ago she started creating art with concrete. Eugenia has worked on government buildings, restaurants, offices, delivery centers, and private homes and also was one of the artisans in 2011 at the World of Concrete Show.
